To my mother

I'm so grateful to have the mom that I have. I always think of my mom as the most resourceful woman, like she could somehow take care of us no matter what. I remember going on a hike with my whole family not too long ago and my mom was seriously jumping from one rock to another and was the only one that day that didn't slip on a rock and fall. 

What I'm so grateful for is that my mom just wants all of us to be happy, she told me once that no matter what I decide to do in life, as long as I'm happy and I can support myself and the ones I love then that is all that matters. And that is something that I've always kept close to me, and it definitely gives me a sense of peace that my mom isn't judging me and supports me fully.
